Horrible customer service and trying to see the doctor when the patient is sick is a joke! I’ve called on two separate occasions when I Was Sick to make an appointment to get in to see her, and both times I was unable to get worked in. It is absolutely ridiculous that the patient has to be sick on the doctors schedule. Tallahassee needs to get a grip on doctors. They are here to serve the patient, but what good is having a “primary doctor” if you can NEVER get in to see her without scheduling five months in advance. The whol... read more

She has alway be a doctor to listen to you concerns and follow up with your results in adequate time
Sits down and listens to you. Learns who you are and your needs. Is at the ready to find out what may be better suited for you. My first visit and I feel like shes got a good idea of where we need to go to make me feel better, what I need and dont need. I'd already recommend Dr. Dickens as your family medicine Dr.
