She is very attentive to our needs/questions/concerns and patiently listens then addresses everything. We feel so grateful to be under her thorough, attentive, very personable, compassionate, and excellent care for our medical matters. Thank You Dr Koffler (and all the staff at the clinic).
She is an excellent listener and provider. However current changes in the practice have upset me terribly. My provider who I have had for years was let go along with other staff members. Jackie was amazing and do good to every patient. Shame on Christus for not caring and supporting their best team members.
She literally saved my life. Luckily she was working that day and I had not seen her before...the doctor I usually see was not available. Dr. Koffler recognized I was in serious trouble and ordered an ambulance right away instead of having more "tests". Ended up in hospital with serious complications which had been going on for months. She is outstanding and I trust her totally. Always takes time to listen. So happy to have found her.
As a fellow physician and patient, it is an honor to commend Dr Koffler for her professionalism, competence, and compassion. She is on my list of THE HIGHEST RECOMMENDED! Thanks for being here for all of us.
