I’ve been in therapy with Elizabeth since October 2023. Since then, I’ve made a LOT of personal growth - she is comfortable to talk to, attentive, gives good suggestions; not to mention she prepares you with the tools you will need on your growth journey. At some point I remember I was going through a pretty bad crisis and she was willing to change our session to an earlier date as well🥲 I would definitely recommend her, I know finding a therapist that fits you is hard but it’s personally really been worth it.
