Beware of an attorney that has no Internet ratings anywhere! There is a reason why! If you want an attorney who will misrepresent you, never return calls or emails, never attempt to negotiate with opposing counsel, you found her, E Kimberly Berry. In the end you will end up in court with no agreement, the judge will send the attorneys outside the courtroom to figure it out and you will end up taking a worse deal then may have been offered months before.
