Had the BEST experience with Ali Safavi. His real estate knowledge is far superior than other real estate agents, and his level of care is top notch.
Worked with real estate agents Fred Spencer and Diana Rice on a recent real estate transaction and I have to say that I have never in 30 years of leasing real estate in Manhattan have I ever dealt with agents that were non-transparent, ineffective, ill-equipped, or uncaring or untruthful in all of my years. Andreia Santos is the best realtor in the area. She helped us a lot in buying our house. She was very professional in everything. I recommend her.
The agent that I used showed me amazing properties but she made a mistake on my contract on the addendum for the as is instead of a 10 day contingency she put seven day contingency and then scheduled my inspection for the eighth day so I had no chance of meeting their contingency and after the inspection I pulled out the seller requested to keep my deposit I have an email from my agent stating it was 10 days but on further review of the contract that I signed from her it said seven days and she scheduled my inspection for th... read more
Absolute trash company. They make costly mistakes that you end up paying for. I'd burn my house down than let these unprofessional dunces sell it and make a dime. Stick with Howard Hanna or another company that puts it's clients first!
Unethical real estate broker. They will work hard to ensure a transaction goes sideways. DO NOT ENGAGE.
