I’m really going to miss Dr Keeter
Dr. Keeter is a plus, highly recommend; but It is impossible to contact the office and talk to a real person. I have tried to for more than 15 times and all I get is the automated messaging system. I have left messages requesting a call back and nothing. Wonder what are they doing in there? As a medical office employee is a shame to see this happening. Moving forward.
Dr. Keeter is wonderful. She's professional and friendly. She made me feel comfortable. The staff is very professional and helpful
Elizabeth is a good doctor, but the secretaries are horrible. They do not know what are they doing. They never answer the phone, they constantly mix up appoitments and simply do not care about patients at all. They change doctors to their convenience without informing you as well. I used to see Dr. Decca Mohammed, but the secretaries changed me to Dr. Keeter without my knowledge or consent.
