I had an excellent experience at my first visit to see Dr. Schmahl. She and her staff were all friendly, helpful, respectful, and courteous. Dr. Schmahl was gentle, explained the findings of her exam and the X-rays, and did all unhurriedly and was easy to understand. Andrew, the excellent tech, was expert in taking X-rays and making me comfortable, and later made a cleaning appointment for May, and said I would be called to come sooner if a cancellation occurred. Small office with amazing kind friendly staff. Dr who really cares about you. Highly recommend!
Dr. Schmall has been our dentist for several years. We've only had very good experience with her practice. She has never tried to "upsell" or recommend unnecessary dental work. The routine cleaning done at Dr. Schmall office is always exactly what I expect. We feel fortunate to have Dr. Schmall as our dentist.
Dr. Schmahl and staff are amazing! I had my appointment and the Dr and staff were very kind and polite and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. I appreciate the professionalism and the staff making sure that I was well taken care of and I will be definitely be coming back with my family. I definitely recommend!
Disappointing, and frustrating, as I was told they were not accepting new patients. Because word of mouth travels fast, I contacted them again months later and to my great surprise they were accepting patients and I made an appointment. Then 3 days prior to my appointment I tried calling and they are closed on Fridays. which is fine, as I was able to leave a message and cancelled Mondays appointment as I had a facial swelling on my left side due to sinuses and would not be able to make the appointment.
