I've been put on hold by the office help with no answer. I've been hung up on. It's as if you are bothering them, the same with Dr Bagga. He acts as if he's doing you a big favor by giving you his time .
I had a telephone appointment at 1-45pm which never happened. At 3-20pm I called to find out whether Dr was going to still call I was told that he was busy but would call. No call came. I called again at 3-50pm I called again and asked why I had not received a call. The Lady I spoke to said that I they had called and I never answered my reply was they never called. He's a caring doctor. I'm so sad he just retired!
I didn't see Dr Dalal for very long before my colonoscopy but of what I did see, he seemed very kind and the colonoscopy paperwork I got afterwards written by him was very easy to understand and as if he was actually telling me everything verbally. He is by far the best gastroenterologist in this area (the Yuba-Sutter area for me) !!! And his staff that day was AWESOME !!! The care, kindness, AND laughs I got from them made everything a lot more comfortable !!! :) :)
Doctor was very impersonal and impatient. He seemed rushed and spent maybe 5 minutes with me. Poor communication. The meds he prescribed was on my list of meds I was taking which he had access to, so he obviously did not even look at my chart. The visit was complete waste of my time. He has no bedside manner at all. I will take my money and health concerns to someone else.

This man killed my father. My dad repeatedly told him he was having trouble swallowing. Went to multiple appointments. All he did was prescribe antacids. He didn't run a single test. My dads CARDIOLOGIST had to run the scope down his throat to find the cancer. My father might have stood a chance if Lounsberry had listened at all. He's dead now due to his absolute incompetence and negligence. I hope he never practices medicine again.
Richard is a straight shooter, direct, professional and polite. He has been helpful when I had questions.
