Dr. Jernberg is personable, warm and welcoming. She is proactive on my treatment and quick to adjust.
I have been a patient of Virginia Mason Federal Way for over 4 years. The care that I have received has been wonderful. The Doctors and Staff are Second to Nun. However, for the last six to nine months it has been increasingly difficult to get a timely appointment with anyone.
