The provider at this office is lovely, but the fact that both times I’ve seen her I’ve waited an hour is egregious. While once is understandable and I was given notice they were behind, this visit I was in a room 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment and hadn’t seen a provider at the 45 minute mark. That’s when I was told she was running behind and it would be longer.
