Had procedure on Monday, after something like this the dr.s office always called the day after to check on me. No calls from Dr. Herbers office at all. No pictures sent home of procedure with explanation so I knew what happened. Only explained while I was suffering from complications from the anesthesia that no one caught and was discharged while still suffering complications and could of been hurt or killed. Just called her office to ask about it and ended up forwarded to a dead number that wasn't in service.
Got my surgery done quickly. Very good communication, I was very pleased with my care. I felt like I got the best care possible.
