This was one of the worst provider experiences I’ve had. She was 50 minutes late to my 9:00am appointment, and then caused my appointment to be rushed. She breezed over my questions and concerns, yet went on a rant about how her chair wasn’t in the room. It was clear she didn’t care about me, my time, or my concerns. She was very confusing and unhelpful and the appointment was a complete waste. Beth Helgans is a phenomenal Gi PA!!! I simply ONE appointment for my Mother she made (LITERALLY) 3 life changing recommendations based on Beth’s keen observation skills, intelligent questions, & compassion for her patients.
