Elizabeth, or Beth as she is called, was very friendly and thorough. She and I had a somewhat short appt because I had thought my loss of hearing might be due to wax in my ears. Beth confirmed that is not the case and simply referred me to the ENT dept for a hearing test. I appreciated her explanation and referral. I understand she is retiring soon. MultiCare is losing a great asset to their organization but of course we wish her well.
She was very kind!
