Horrible experience. Never got anything fixed. She ignored my emails for ages until I finally found out she was ignoring me because I owed $80 to the school of dentistry. I had no idea my bill was even going there because no one bothered to tell me, but yeah, this medical “professional” literally ignored my emails and wouldn’t give me results until I filed a grievance because I owed $80. Absolutely awful doctor. Never again. No clue how she’s still employed.
I have seen Dr. Elizabeth Hatfield at U-M TMD & Orofacial Pain for jaw pain. After receiving Botox injections in my jaw from another provider with poor results, Dr. Hatfield’s long-lasting lidocaine injections provided significant relief. She has custom made a bite splint/night guard to help relax my jaw and alleviate tension. It’s clear she takes a comprehensive approach to treatment and listens to my concerns. I trust no one else with my dental care. Highly recommended Dr. Hatfield for anyone dealing with similar issues.
