I don’t know how this practice remains open and functional when it is impossible to reach them. I’ve have been trying to reach this practice for over a week, as has the assisted living facility where my mom lives. Half the time, the phone number says it’s “disconnected or no longer in service” and the other half, I have to stay on hold for anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. I actually enjoyed the office visit! The service was friendly, timely and efficient. My doctor was very detailed and personable. I would highly recommend Dr. G and her entirely team. Mrs. Shelley the patient representative started the process with a five (5) star service rating. Mrs. Shelley was very informative, knowledgeable, and delivered factual, timely information. I love it when a plan comes together, awesome teamwork.
Another great experience! Appointment was on time, courteous staff, and Dr. Granieri was so kind and thorough as always!!
