I have been to this salon and had a terrific facial and Brazilian bikini!! My esthetician was Kizzy!!! I bought a package to save money and I must say it was virtually painless Brazilian!! So impressed. Lovely staff!!
Want to feel worthless if you don't spend tons of money on products after spending nearly $200 on services? How about being felt up during the massage? Or being offered services DURING YOUR FACIAL with no explanation of any upcharges. Because that's how this business is run! Worst staff ever! – The place itself was nice, but the aesthetician I had was horrible! The woman's name was Lynne and she could not have been more rough. She smelled like she was in a bar all night and was so out of it. I thought I may actually have to walk out in the middle of the treatment. For such a classy and expensive place it is a shame that they hire such unprofessional staff. I will stay away in the future.
Excellent Service!!! – I went to this elizabeth grady for the first time last week, and let me just say I loved it! As I entered the salon I was greeted by a very friendly young girl working on the desk who even got me some water while I waited for my appointment. I then went on the have an extremely relaxing facial and a waxing. The bottom line is that I cannot wait till next month to go back!!!!
great service – The staff is very knowledgable and give great facials. I have been going for years, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great facial.
Warm and Welcoming – I had a 10:00 o'clock appointment for a facial and was running five minutes late. When I entered the Elizabeth Grady Salon in Saugus, the receptionist was warm and welcoming, even though I was late. My esthetician was professional and gave me the best facial I've ever had. yuck – i first walk in and the girls behind the reception desk looked like i was almost inturpting there pow pow. they were not friendly, i actualy felt unfortable. Very rude, I almost wanted to cancel. Very basic, no frills, overpriced for what I received – Not very warm and welcoming, I had a basic massage, noise in the hallways, staff not that personable
