Beth is truly the best! She’s so knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. I’ve had deep tissue and lymphatic drainage massages, as well as cupping, and I always leave feeling better. Her space is relaxing, calming, and clean — I couldn’t recommend her more!

I’ve seen Beth twice now for therapeutic deep tissue massages and cannot say enough good things about her. As a military spouse who moves often, I’ve seen my share of massage therapists, and Beth is right there at the very top for me. I had an incredible 90-minute massage with Beth and can’t recommend her enough! She was extremely knowledgeable. I have specific pains from my job, and she knew exactly how to address them. I left feeling so much better. It was one of the most relaxing and restorative experiences I’ve had. Beth is amazing! Don’t be fooled by her being in a Spa. She is extremely knowledgeable about medical massage therapy and human anatomy and physiology! I am a massage therapist of 21 years and she is my massage therapist! She is also a lymphatic drainage therapist.
