When a bride to be enters your store, try to be polite and courteous, something you all lack. You did not greet her, rather glared at her, without a polite word. Don't judge a book by it cover. Clearly you had a problem with the attire she was wearing. Look in a mirror before you speak. Anyone running a business should dress more appropriately, not in a tee-shirt, jeans and slippers.
