Tried to get information about my child's care over the phone and was told they didnt have time to answer a question instead they notified my sons mother to let her know I was requesting information never returned my call had to go there in person only to be stonewalled . Medical assistant was rude and unprofessional and accused me of being belligerent! But they will write school notes without being treated and keep them out of your child's medical records if you like keeping information inaccessible from your co parent
Went to see Dr Brown after suffering for 2 YEARS with DAILY Chronic Back Pain & Stiffness (First went the holistic route, changed my diet, yoga etc). The pain is SO Bad that I can’t work and have spent 2 years just at home (I’m only 50!) He ordered labs and an xray (back to the drawing board which I expected & was OK with).
