Dr. Phillips has been the primary care provider for all five of my children, has seen my wife, and has also cared for me when our schedules align. While it is plausible some other reviewers caught her on her worst day, cold or ill equipped would never describe her. My oldest child is now 11, and she has provided insight and compassion through everything from allergies to early speech intervention, back pain to tonsillectomies.
