I had a horrible experience with Life Stance. You do not access to a direct phone line for your psychiatrist’s office. I was never able to get ahold of my psychiatrist. She went on a 2/3 month leave and did not notify me. It was the most difficult and agonizing process to get a refill on my meds. I had to call several times a day for over a week because no one in her office returned calls, filled prescriptions on the portal or responded to emails.
