Words can not express how amazing, kind and compassionate Dr Kaplan is. After receiving some not very good news on my girl Penelope she took the time to explain what was going on and to listen to me cry. Dr Kaplan you can tell cares deeply for what she does.
I’ve been taking all my pets here since 1986. The doctors are sweet and loving to my animals. They stay calm and move slowly so my girls don’t feel attacked. The techs are fantastic! Checking in and out is with a smile.
Best service from Dr Kaplan and vet tech Paloma. So kind and thorough, provided lots of education.
