I despise this woman. She performed a urostomy and decided the day of the surgery to change it from a temporary to permanent. I am in a wheelchair and sit 24/7 and now I have to sit sleeping up and I mean bent over every night because the stupid thing will break its seal. She has the common sense of a toad. Have called for 3 weeks to get an appt. No one has bothered to call back. No one answers the phones goes to a voice mail.
Dr. Dray was fantastic. She was patient, listened to all questions, was knowledgable, and so kind! 100% recommend and so thankful for her wisdom!!!
Dr. Dray was very nice and clear with explaining the procedure she was doing.
