Dr Decker, you can never get a call back. I have left several messages. I am having some serious stomach issues for months
Liked her very much, BUT impossible to contact her to speak with some one in person (not through Klara!). Have tried a couple of phone numbers found online; one was Kent Hospital, and the other told me I have the wrong number.
Dr decker great all I can say
Staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was taken in early for my procedure and didn’t have to wait. They took the time to explain the results clearly. The nurses and Dr. Decker were very friendly and efficient
FYI: Her PA Samantha is the worst. Bedside manners, very young and a know it all, cavalier attitude, no urgent or follow up calls. It is day 4, not a word. I was gaslit about my illness and she suggested nothing to resolve my chronic illness. The they blackballed me from see any other GI doctors because I voiced the truth about her care. That is a direct reflection on Dr. Decker, her boss as well, as I was supposed to see her not her PA.
