Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Was the waiting area spacious? she is sadistic, clearly enjoying the pain caused by her machines. does not treat patient like a human being - cold, uncommunicative, doesn't answer questions (seems to resent them). overall a terrible experience.

If your after a great doctor good then you've found one. BUT if you are looking for a "GRADE A TOP NOTCH DOCTOR AND STAFF" then you will have failed. Actually she is very good HOWEVER, her office staff is horrible, there is NO open door policy. So if you have questions for your doctor....good luck because you will never be able to ask over the phone (with doctor) you will never get a call back and emergency questions about medications, refills etc... Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They never made any effort to follow up with me after after my mother's spinal tap, Dr. Lakind spoke with my mother but she didn't understand what she said,. I am still waiting for my mother's results of her findings.. They barely gave us any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They briefly listened to us, but quickly downplayed everything we said or stopped paying attention. The front office is extremely rude to patients. We had to change doctor's to get answers.
