Dr. Culhane has always been wonderful, hence the 4 stars. However, the office receptionist has been consistently rude to me when I call. For example, she encouraged us to switch providers to a community health center when my daughter was moved to Medi-Cal, stating that the office may not be taking Medi-Cal patients in the future. Today I contacted the office at the suggestion of the Medi-Cal office because my daughter is having a problem with coverage for a prescription.
