My wife phoned for an appointment to see a GP face to face, only to get a call from only what I can assume is a nurse practitioner, who then told my wife, to basically treat it herself, You have more chance of seeing Elvis at the local shop with both his parents than getting to see a GP. Health care first simply do not care about health, should be renamed to profit first.

A GP practice that needs more practice, unbelievable low levels of actual care from health care first, I think that turning a profit is the main occupation of this organisation, it loves Apps and other lip service "fee generation" services but as for actually reading a patients notes or letters from multiple hospital consultants, suggesting responsible, practical, and even "how to " information to this "practice " it has taken Zero action to implement any recommendations, I did have a face to face with a doctor (after weeks ... read more
Shocking send appointments threatening to cancel life saving medication. Appointment booked send you another message saying it's due. Absolutely worst practice ever was at kippax surgery for years fantastic. These should shut up shop.the online app is a disgrace
Absolutely disgusting services! Health care LAST! Not one care in the world to help and support patients. I find it disgusting the lack of compassion and support offered with anyone i have ever seen at HCF. Medical concerns and general health ignored. Never listen too and just think you're fine and theres no issues when clearly theres underlying health issues. Worst GPs ive ever been with. Id never advise anyone to join HCF.
