It’s unfortunate but Dr. Cooley has poor bedside manner. Didn’t seem to care about me as a patient or my current symptoms. It was a total waste of my insurance and copay. She should take a bit of sensitivity training because a patient is more than just a $$$ sign and when a patient takes off from work and uses the day to go see a physician when they could be somewhere else, they could use a bit more compassion. I pray that with time she’ll understand this.
