ECC was great to work with, they went beyond my expectations. We had a few glitches in the product but they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and that I was pleased with the work. My rep went waaaay above and beyond to do all the important things that would lead to me LOVING the cabinet tops I purchased from ECC Kitchen & Bath. He spent plenty of time helping me explore what is available and assisting me in identifying exactly in which ways I would be using these countertops. He brought samples, discussing the pros and cons of each. We experienced ongoing issues with ECC after having flooring installed in our home. Less than a year after the installation, a section of the flooring in our home office began to lift. Despite reaching out to ECC for a resolution, they declined to address the issue. After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, we contacted a different contractor who inspected the flooring and fixed it.
