Jo My experience at this spa has always been very positive. The staff goes above and beyond to accomadate you especially with scheduling. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and relaxing. My girls and I have been regular clients for years and have never been dissappointed.
Ruined my mothers B-Day!! My mother and I went to Elizabeth Cole Spa today only to find they didn't book our appointment. I made the appointment for my mothers B-Day earlier in the week, and had a question that needed a call back. Never got the call back, left a message, still no call back. The receptionist seemed to have more interest in her lunch then correcting their mistake. I actually felt like I was bothering her. Fantastic This is a really great spa with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. What is even better is that they do internet specials and have Ladies Night at least four times a year when services are half off. Their relaxation room is wonderful, with a nice fireplace and refreshing drinks. The only down side is that the staff can get a little loud sometimes. elizabeth cole day spa is very nice....amanda is very good and very profesional....she is always on time ( VERY IMPORTANT to me).... the salon is clean and nicely decorated....for the most part it is very peacefull and calming......
