I chose this doctor b/c of her reviews, but my first visit I very disappointed when she rushed me through, and even acted as though I was a bother. Ok, so I tried not to make a determination on one visit. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she was busy or had something going on. But my second visit was even worse. I love this doctor. She's professional, compassionate, caring, and so intuitive. You feel like you are her only patient for the day. Also Dr. Hayes is fabulous as well. They make a great team!!
I have been going to Dr. Clay since she started at Lake Norman Family Practice. She now sees my parents, husband and children. She is wonderfully caring, attentive, brilliant, and listens to everything we say. The nursing & office staff are awesome as well! My only complaint would be directed to their corporate office - the exam rooms are old and dated, and handicapped accessibility is terrible. My father is in a wheelchair, and there is no designated handicapped parking nearby. The doorway is also impossible to maneuver in ... read more
My family & I have been seen at that medical office as long as it's been open, long before Dr. Clay was there. That being said, every change of Dr. or PA at the office was a good experience for me, and that includes Dr. Elizabeth Clay. She is a knowledgeable and caring Dr. that I can talk to and ask any questions of.
I am so blessed to have Dr. Clay as my primary care physician. She is genuine, extremely knowledgeable, and sincerely cares about her patients. Unlike most doctors, Dr. Clay really listens! The nurses are great and the front desk staff are really friendly and helpful. It's really easy to get an appointment too. I highly recommend this practice.

So glad I have found Dr Clay to be my new doctor in Denver NC. She is great and shows true concern and compassion for my healthcare needs. My husband goes to her too! Office staff is very personable and they answer the phone when you call, unlike many other medical groups today. They saw me same day too!
Dr Clay and her staff are excellent. She takes the time to listen adn talk with you about your concerns. She has been a wonderful Dr. For both my wife and I. The staff are pleasant and cordial. Dean, Rose p, Susan and Dana are all very caring professionals. You cant go wrong with Dr. Clay. We are moving to the coast and wish we coukd take her with us; however the good news is she will be here to help you! Highly recommend Dr. Clay.
