I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this doctor. Before my procedure, she told me that my insurance would cover the treatment. Based on those representations, I agreed to move forward. I was later billed approximately $400 for the initial appointment and another $400 for a follow-up visit that became necessary because the treatment did not resolve my issue. Dr. Burckardt is top notch! Although my visit was brief, I felt she was very thorough, extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone and wouldn’t think twice about going back for any future care I might need. She did not make me feel rushed in any way at all. She took the time to listen and answer questions and made me feel more at ease about my upcoming surgery.

I'm a disabled veteran. I was exposed to 2 very toxic gases in the military. I get a barking cough occasionally. I had it 84 days straight last year and then it came back. I've had a nonstop, and extremely loud, croup like barking cough since December of last year. It usually responds to throat coat tea and steroids if it gets out of control.
