Horrible massage. Completely unprofessional.
I was referred to Elizabeth by a friend over a year and a half ago. I was struggling with pain from a bulging disc and even after PT I was in alot of pain. Elizabeth not only treated my injury but also educated me on how functional massage would help treat this pain. She is AMAZING at what she does! My last back episode was in May of 2023 and I've been able to stay pain free since going to her!
Elizabeth is great! She believes in living well and helps me achieve that.
