I've been shopping at EB for years now. I love that when I walk in they know my name. It matters. I love the personal attention you always get .. The "hey Lisa I picked out a couple things here I thought you'd like" while I'm in the dressing room. Every piece I've bought over the years (and there is plenty) has worn well.. Not out.
