Dr Bonefas is great, very caring and professional, but the office stuff really spoils everything! Never follows up, to get any paperwork done you have to zillion times! Last straw for me was yesterday, when I waited to see a doctor for ONE hour! I had to leave without it, because of next appointment, nobody even apologized. Very unprofessional.
