The worst experience I've ever had. CrossCountry uses deceptive sales tactics and in my case, intentionally mislead me to close on a loan I otherwise wouldn't if I had known the truth. My payment increased 30% and I am now paying $6000 more a year. CrossCountry and Justin Padron had the tax certificate stating my estimated taxes to be ~$6000, yet they only escrowed $2500.
