The doctor and all of the support staff were wonderful! It was nice to have a Doctor Who actually took her time and listened to me without making me feel rushed. The only problem was that I got there at 9:40 For a 945 appointment and didn’t get in until almost 1015.
Dr. Batcher seems kind and knowledgeable. How ever it takes way to long to get in. Initial appointment was June of 2025 the next followup was not until Nov of 2025. All she wanted him to do is get in to see a sleep Dr. Which we did. Called few times to check for cancelations finally got in on Friday August 29. After seeing her a prescription was supposed to be sent in. It's saturday august 30th no prescription and Monday is a holiday so we will have to wait 5 days to check back for the prescription. This doesn't work for us.... read more

Dr. Batcher is very caring and thorough, making sure she checks everything necessary, and I would highly recommend her.
