Elizabeth is the best natural light photographer around. She manages to capture the most wonderful images in what can sometimes feel like chaos (imagine two crazy little boys and two dogs, a little three month old and the same two boys or four boys and a lizard!!). I cannot say enough good things about Elizabeth Barnwell Photography. Elizabeth did a fantastic job photographing my daughter for her Senior pictures. My daughter loves the pictures (which is saying a lot because she is often critical of herself in photos.) Elizabeth just knows how to put people at ease and connect with them in a way that makes her portraits look authentic, natural and relaxed. Elizabeth has a way of finding a person's best features--physically and personality--and illuminating them. Her portraits are natural and candid. She puts her subjects at ease, even extreme camera-phobes like me. She is magical with yearbook photos and gives kids a mature and genuine image of themselves for college and grandparents. Her studio is urban yet serene and the natural light is amazing. She is professional and reliable. I don't know a better portrait photographer.

Elizabeth has done our family portraits for the last eight years. She does an amazing job of capturing natural light in her portraits. Even more impressive to me is how she caught the personalities of my family members, including our dog's smile. She is an exceptional photographer.
