If you have any self-respect, please just run away from this office, the doctor is not kind and self-confident, the nurse is the same, the front desk staff are not polite and welcoming at all, I went to have an IUD inserted and it became a very unsuccessful experience for me. Houston is the fourth largest city in the country , you definitely can find an experienced doctor who is more caring and confident in her/his profession. That empty waiting room speaks a THOUSAND WORDS
Wow. Highly disappointed. I found this doctor she’s close to where we live, doctor had great ratings, I am taking my teen for first time visit to a woman doctor so I am being very particular. I had high hopes here….shes a woman doctor, good ratings had me thinking this is what I’m looking for my 16 year old. Called all day Tuesday no answer all day, call back today and the rudest lady ever answer the phone. I highly recommend Dr.Bailey for your female needs. She is a very caring woman/doctor.
Dr. Bailey!! Wow! I just love this lady! She is such a genuine and personable individual. She related with me as a friend or close neighbor which made me feel comfortable talking to her about all the normally uncomfortable topics related to reproduction, pregnancy and health. Her current staff - especially Vilma - are wonderful, too! They are caring and thorough in their work. Drove 50min to get to the wrong location and they didn’t even care. Arrived around 15min earlier. They were not friendly when I realized I was another 30min away from the right location and did not make any exception for 15min late for my appointment that would take me to get there.
