Learning that Dr. Bailey is closing her practice brought me to tears. Dr. Bailey is the most compassionate doctor I have ever met, setting a standard of care I didn't realize I needed. I've never felt judged or ignored by her. She was always patient, kind, and ready to educate. I wish her nothing but the best in her future endeavors. She has set a high bar for what I expect moving forward.
I LOVE Dr Bailey. I have had such a hard time finding an OB that fits me. I’ve generally used Midwifes because they’ve always been more down to earth and more aligned with my thinking/beliefs. The first time I saw Dr Bailey, I was so impressed. She’s so intelligent and understanding. She answered all of my questions as well as gave me the science behind her answers. Dr Bailey is wonderful. I love her as a doctor. The office staff however is AWFUL. Anytime I have to call it’s guaranteed to be 2 or 3 calls before someone answers. l get hung up on many times before I am able to speak with the most UNFRIENDLY receptionist I've ever dealt with. Women coming to Dr Bailey are probably anxious or emotional already and this woman is extremely condescending, harsh, rude, and has zero customer service skills. Dr Bailey and her nurse are wonderful people. My well woman was quick and thorough, she talked me through everything she did. I love her as a doctor. The office staff however.... are AWFUL. Dr. Bailey is great but her two front-desk ladies are awful, awful, awful! They've never greeted or smiled at me for any of my appointments. They are rude, unpleasant, and dreadful. I paid a $1,700 bill back in March. To be courteous, I sent at least 4 follow-up emails since then to make sure they received the payment.
