Dr Orr is thorough, bright, kind, and caring!
I switched physicians to be seen at this practice and have been highly impressed with both Dr. Orr and her staff. Having completed an extensive medical history and new patient material online, I was warmly welcomed as a new patient upon arrival and taken in to meet with the nurse at my appointment time. She reviewed my paperwork and asked relevant and explanatory questions; she was both professional and friendly. I only see Dr. Orr for my yearly visits but she covers everything my head to toes on me. I do not feel rushed at all and very comfortable talking with her about anything.
Dr. Orr is not just extremely competent, but she is also caring and compassionate. A tremendous listener ready and able to understand her whole patient and their needs. My husband and I are both her patients and would highly recommend her as a physician.
She is a brilliant, wonderful, caring doctor who is very much in demand. You must book at least 6 months in advance for an Annual Physical. AND, the total waiting time in lobby and in the exam room have averaged between 2 - 3 hours after your scheduled appointment time to see her.
My complaint is the staff. Rarely do they answer your call. It's always "please hold". Or you will get the answering service OUTSIDE of their hour and a half lunch. If you choose it's an emergency, you are put on a perpetual hold and NOONE ever ANSWERS. crazy. Wow. The staff has never ever done what they say they will: ie. Call you back or schedule a dietitian or send you request for labs or fax request for labs. They have excuses all the time. no more. something is not right with this ofc
