I saw Dr. Gausden on Feb 19 for an assessment, having been in low-level pain intermittently for about a year, which PT was improving but not perfecting, I had started curtailing a lot of my activities. I am a very active person, having run 6 miles 5 days a week and swum 1 mile the other two from before the pandemic. X-rays showed clearly that I needed the hip replacement, which I had been resistant to. I have been seeing Dr. Gausden and her caring staff for many years. I have had a knee replacement (same knee) twice and additional extra care thru the years. Dr. Gausden is smart and quick to see and address changes that come along. She is a very lovely person and always addresses and is on top of seeing what is needed! Dr. Gausden 's staff are also "right there " and informed . (Especially Samantha!).
