I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the level of professionalism and communication I experienced with Dr. Elizabeth Scheff’s office. Wonderful doctor shows she cares about your health.
She’s really nice and accommodating! She has been my OBGYN for several years now. I always find her quite pleasant and patient. You should make an appointment well in advance - but this is not always to case. I think she is quite busy.
I went for an OBGYN exam last year, doctor ordered bacteria test under my consent, but she didn’t tell me it might cost extra. Later on I received a $90 bill out of surprise, they refused to be sorry and do anything about it!
