Dr. Piontek and staff have been professional, proficient and personable. Piontek and staff have been very patient with me regarding my kidney stone adventure. I do so appreciate they're attending to my needs.
Dr. Piontek changed my life for the better! Not only did she find a way to manage my chronic UTIs but she also ended up finding my ovarian cyst as well when trying to figure out my UTIs. Thank you Doctor!!

I found Dr. Piontek to be very abrupt and dismissive of the pain that I was in. She did not seem to believe me or care about the daily struggles I was facing with my bladder issues and came across as rude and unprofessional in her responses to my questions, in my opinion. I would never recommend her and find it shocking that so many other patients have had such similar experiences with her at Advanced Urologic Associates, and that St. Luke's continues to associate with a doctor that has such terrible feedback.
Was seen in a prompt manner. The staff was kind and helpful. DR.Piontek was comforting and thorough as well as informative when explaining all of our options. I hope the next steps in my process are as easy as this was. I suppose if you gotta have problems in the urology field than this is the kind of care you would want to recieve. Scheduling my Mri at the checkout desk was efficient and pleasant as well at the independence location.
