I went in for cleaning and was told that I needed a deep cleaning and my copay would be $1200. They billed my insurance for X-rays and the exam, so I can't go anywhere else and have it paid by the insurance. They call every week about the hundred-dollar copay that they want. Staff was nice. They spent 2 hours doing all kinds of extensive x-rays, including 3D. When I asked why, they said it was for their benefit so they could make recommendations. In the end, they would not clean my teeth. They wanted me to have a deep cleaning which I don't need and would have had a copay of $1,200 dollars.
On Tuesday, 9/16/2025, I had two teeth filled which were very sensitive and to be honest, I truly was dreading the visit. When I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and friendliness. The attendant who assisted Dr. Owens was very thorough, knowledgeable and informative regarding my procedure. If I could give more stars I would give at least 100. Dr. Owen's help me and my entire family get the dental care we needed. I came to her in tears all the way from Huntsville, AL and in excruciating pain because of my teeth. My children needed dental work too. She took care of all of us like we are family. Kenzie & Carrie kindly worked me in quickly. Dr. Clay immediately put me at ease. Avi is positive, friendly & explained costs. My tooth was pulled the next week & I didn't feel a thing!! I can't thank them all enough! AWESOME PEOPLE!!!
