Dr Oneil is a great caring doctor . She even has called me to follow about Some tests She ordered She even returned phone calls when she wasn’t even my doctor . The internist I had been using didnt return phone calls.so I switched to dr Oneil She is in a new office in sheridan drive because the Trinity medical office is now closed up
If I could give this doctor 0 stars, I would. She is the most unprofessional healthcare worker I have every worked with. Dr. O'Neill is rude, arrogant, and unwilling to do the most basic aspects of her job as a doctor. The health of her patients is at the bottom of her priority list and it is clear. Not only is Dr. O'Neill an awful physician, her staff is equally, if not more rude and incompetent as she is. I absolutely do NOT recommend Dr. O'Neill to anyone. Dr. O'Neill and her staff are the most unprofessional, incompetent, and rude healthcare workers I have ever dealt with before. Every encounter I have had with them, whether in person or on the phone, has been such a miserable experience. They are rude and downright nasty at times, talk down to you, and make it a point to let you know that your visit and requests are a burden to them.
