I've found Dr. Heredia is everything you want your primary doctor to be: thorough, respectful, warm and down to earth, as well as being up to date in her knowledge of medicine and connected to the wider network so when specialists and referrals are needed, she doesn't hesitate. She's a great listener and actively invites and accepts a health partnership - considering what I've learned about my condition on my own and taking that on board. She doesn't over OR under-react to issues. She's great!
