She apparently called out from the office today. Had her a little over 1 1/2 years ago and she was nice, just nonchalant and like whatever. I didn't feel very confident in her care. She was friendly, but lacked the amazing expertise I've had with other Norton physicians. I'll be going to another Norton Community practice.
This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a doctor in my life. This was my second visit with this doctor. I had to get a new primary care doctor because mine retired. When she came in, she had not looked at my chart/files at all. I had been in and out of several hospitals for a week prior. We sat there in silence for a total of ten minutes while she read over everything. When she finally spoke she asked what my main issues/symptoms were. She cut me off repeatedly. Wish I could leave 0 stars. She's never on time to my appointments, they wanna charge me $138 I don't have just for a telehealth visit, and I didn't even get my telehealth appointment because apparently she already left for the day. If you're looking for a new doctor in the louisville area, don't waste your time here.
Myself and my children have been seen by elizabeth cull for many years. We consider her family. Unfortunately I have been in need of doctors for a long time and I’ve never met one with her sincerity, caring, but most import ability to diagnose your issues. I myself troubleshoot( diagnose) for a living and doctors could take a page from her book. She has always found the cause of my issues and corrected them. I can’t say that about the m.d.’s over the yrs. You won’t go wrong if you’re lucky enough to get her in your corner.
