Dr Byron came highly recommended so I felt good with my decision to have her as my oncologist. I liked her at my first appt. Was told if I needed anything or had questions to just reach out any time. She ordered an oncotype dx test and said the results would be back in 2 weeks. At 2 weeks, I called her office to get the results. I was told the dr wasn’t in but would call me back. Waiting for an hour and a half is unreasonable. Several patients were complaining.
Today was my first visit with Dr. Byron. My records had been transferred from Virginia. I was very pleased with her knowledge and manner. She was thorough, ordered a CTScan to follow up, and scheduled a visit to see me after the scan results.
