Working there for the short time I did I enjoyed caring for the Pt but I really felt bad for them have to deal with the mice and roach's. Feel bad for the people. Have to leave before for They bring me down like they brought Ms. Eliza Bryant down and that's a shame because all of the hard work she did for Black People..
What is the reason of not allowing me to talk to my loved ones on the phone at least ? This is a HUGE problem. I wish I could at least speak to them. I understand not being able to visit in person. But this major issue contribute to my loved one dementia !!!! errrr !!! Why don't these institutions care about this ????? If it was left up to me I would take her outta that place !!!!
I think as a place of work it could be better. Its way to many personal perspectives and opinions expressed. Like every job its like a fish bowl taken though to all new extremes. Short on staff, linen, and general supplies. Beautfuil building that holds so much potential if renovated.
